About Corrections Research and Consulting

Corrections Research and Consulting is a business owned and operated by Tom Arnold.  Tom has a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota and is currently enrolled as a doctoral student in the Criminal Justice program at the University of Cincinnati.  At present, the goal is to get this web site up and running.  I am looking for a regular 9-5 job at this point.  If that fails, I will be looking for consulting work.
